Returns and Exchanges for Pants

If you aren’t happy with your Line M pants for any reason, don’t worry. You’ve got 60 days to either request an exchange or a 110% refund. Here’s how it works:

Exchanging for Size

Not a problem. As long as your items are unaltered, undamaged, and are in resalable condition, you are good to go. First, print out a copy of your online receipt as proof that you’re within the 60 day limit. Then write a small note at the bottom of the receipt indicating the size you’d like in exchange. We don’t offer any credit or refund for the cost of shipping your order back to us, so pack your items in a small a package as possible and send it the cheapest way you can to:

Once we get them on our end, we’ll ship your new pair out.

I want to return my items and get my 110% refund.

This is also not a problem for any non-closeout items. Again, as long as your items are unaltered, undamaged, and are in resalable condition, you’re good to go. First, print out a copy of your online receipt as proof that you’re within the 60 day limit. Then write a small note at the bottom of the receipt indicating the reason you’re unhappy with your order. We don’t offer any credit or refund for the cost of shipping your order back to us, so pack the items in a small a package as possible and send it the cheapest way you can to:

Once we get them on our end, we’ll refund you 100% electronically and send the additional 10% through the mail via check. One last note, if you request a 110% refund from us, we reserve the right to A) refuse future orders from you or B) offer you a standard 100% refund instead of 110% for your future orders.

I'd like to return or exchange a closeout item.

Unfortunately, we don't accept returns on any of our closeout items. We do, however, accept size exchanges on our closeout pants. First, confirm that we have the size you're looking for by attempting to order it. If the site reports it as in stock, email us immediately to reserve it before someone else buys the closeout item from under you.
