Returns and Exchanges for Shoes

Shoe Exchange Policy

1. 21 day return/exchange limit
2. Customer responsible for return shipment and reshipment charges.
3. Shoes must show absolutely no signs of wear or use on a non-carpeted surface.

Shoe Return/Exchange Process

1. Ensure that your shoes are eligible for a return or exchange (see conditions above).
2. Print and complete the Shoe Exchange/Return Form.
3. Send merchandise in its original box along with the form and a copy of original packing slip/reciept to the address indicated on the form.
4. Once we receive the shoes on our end, we will verify that they show no signs of wear and fall within the 21 day limit. If they do, we will ship the replacement (in the case of exchanges) or restock the item (in the case of returns).
5. In the event of an exchange, your card will be charged for reshipment postage.
6. If you're returning, your card will be refunded.
